While we take the utmost care in packing your artwork for a safe journey, accidents can happen during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@artbymarkjordan.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the condition of the exterior packaging. This is necessary for us to process an insurance claim with the carrier.
In the rare event that a return or replacement is authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and specific instructions. Privacy Note: To ensure the security of the studio and our collectors, please do not mail items back to the origin address on the shipping label. All authorized returns must be sent to our designated receiving point provided at the time of the claim.
