Commission a Painting

Bringing a custom vision to life is a collaborative journey. To ensure every piece receives the dedicated attention it it deserves, I follow a structured process from the initial spark to the final brushstroke. Here's how it works:

1. Book your consultation: The process begins with a formal consultation. To secure your appointment, there is a consultation fee due at the time of booking. During this session, we will dive deep into your vision, covering:

   • Subject & Mood: Discussing the specific imagery, lighting, and "feel" of the piece

   • Dimensions: Selecting the right size for your space. 

   • Material Specs: Choosing the appropriate surface and finish.

2. ​Pricing & Invoicing: Transparency is key. During our consultation, I will provide a detailed quote based on the complexity and scale of your project. We will discuss:​​

   • Pricing options: Tiered options based on size and detail level.​

   • Payment schedule: I'll walk you through the invoicing process, including the initial deposit required to begin the work and final payment upon completion.

3. Creation & Updates: once the deposit is settled, the painting begins. You'll receive periodic updates as the piece evolves, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with our initial discussion.​

4. Deliver: After the final reveal and remaining balance are completed, your custom artwork will be professionally packed and shipped so it arrives ready to be the centerpiece of your collection.​
