2. Sales and NY Sales Tax By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. In accordance with New York State Department of Taxation and Finance regulations, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a New York address based on the local jurisdiction's rate.

3. Shipping and Risk of Loss We ship via UPS. Risk of loss and title for the artwork pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4. Returns and NY Cooling-Off Period

• Policy: All sales are final. The terms and conditions of our Return/Refund policy are stated within each of the product listings, and those terms and conditions as stated detail when and if a return/refund is authorized.

• Condition: Returns are only accepted if the work is in its original condition.

• Costs: The buyer is responsible for insured return shipping costs.

5. Color Accuracy We strive for digital accuracy; however, colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We do not warrant that the digital representation will perfectly match the physical piece.
