Complimentary shipping: To keep your purchase simple and transparent, all shipping costs, handling fees, and professional packaging expenses are already included in the listed price of the artwork. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Professional Handling & Carrier:

All domestic shipments are handled exclusively via UPS.
We use professional-grade, acid-free materials and heavy-duty boxing specifically designed for acrylic paintings on canvas. This ensures the surface and structure of the work remain stabilized during transit.

Protection & Peace of Mind:

Fully insured: Every shipment is insured for the full value of the artwork.
USP Guarantee: Your delivery is backed by the UPS service Guarantee, ensuring reliable transit times and handling.
Tracking: once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a UPS tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your door.

Signature Required:

Due to the value of the artwork and its sensitivity to extreme temperatures, all products are shipped requiring signature upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

Damage Protocol:

In the rare event of damage during transit, please take photos of the exterior packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate the insurance claim.
